Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Make yourself a priority, you deserve it!

Classes Offered

Weekly Classes

As time permits, these classes are offered within the community on an ongoing basis. They are offered as donation based classes. Pay it forward or pay what you can. 

Virtual Classes

These classes are currently hosted via Facebook Live videos in a private group. Once launched to the public these classes will be offered as an affordable monthly subscription. 

Pop Up Classes

These classes will pop up either virtually on Facebook or in the community with notice occurring anywhere from a week to a few hours prior to the class. 

1 on 1 Privates

These classes are offered in your home, my home or in a space we will rent in the community. Fees are based on a sliding scale and affordable. 

Group Privates

These classes are offered in  your home or in a space rented within the community. Available for weddings, office wellness, birthdays, fundraising and other events. 

Yoga Series

These classes are offered at a studio in the community and offered as 4-8 week sessions. Typically a super affordable prepaid early bird rate will be offered.

Yin Yoga

Join Nichole for a rejuvenating and relaxing Yin Yoga Class. YIn is a passive style of yoga that is reflective and gentle. It accesses the fascia and connective tissues to promote  flexibility, mobility and balance in the body and mind. This style of yoga is fantastic for relieving chronic pain. Nichole can speak from experience on this one! All levels are welcome. fee is $12
